There is inadequate information in what you posted.
It appears that the ECG has some ST-T wave changes (heart repolarization related) which may be normal/ abnormal for age and lot of factors.
It is better if you post the scanned EKG image here using the uploader below the text box.
Then I may be able to pinpoint if it is a significant change.
Also we need to know the history like BP, weight, sex, symptoms etc.

I would appreciate if you could load it here and even ask me a direct question on my page.
