EPT Test Showed Dark Blue Line Appearing And Then Disappearing Instantly. History Of Water Intake Before Test. Another Test Needed?

Hi, I am due for my period in two days. I took an ept test with the two vertical blue lines which would show a positive result. As I took the the test, in the first circle, a dark blue line appeared and then disappeared immediately. Then waited two minutes and it was just one vertical line appearing in the second box. Also, I did drink a lot of water before taking the test. I know I shouldn t have done this. And I did not take the test first thing in the morning. What does the disappearing line mean? And should I take another test? Thanks!

Hi, welcome to Health care magic forum.
You have done the E.P.T, 2 days after the due date.
The test should be done with the first urine, and read after 2 minutes only after the vertical line in the square window.(control)and before 10 minutes. If
Plus, with one vertical and one transverse lines, present, then it is positive
If only horizontal line appear indicates the negative result.
If you didn't have the period for some more time you
can have confirmation, by the H.C.G.blood test, or ultrasound scanning.
If you are anxious of getting pregnant, you can, the causes of not getting pregnant are to be cleared, they are anemia, infections, P.C.O.S, anxiety,and male causes etc.
So i advise both of you to consult a gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment.
