Hi. I was diagnosed with a possible herniated disc in my neck (not confirmed yet with MRI ). I am experiencing occasional sharp pain in my ear - could this be related to the herniation?
Herniation of cervical vertebra will cause spinal nerve compression so you will get pain on both arm neck and shoulderblades. The occasional pain sharp pain in your ear may not be due to that reason. check if you have any other ear symptoms like any discharge from ear, acute throat infection, feverish , cough symptoms etc. Thank you
