Ear Gland Pain, Inner Eye Itches, No Swelling, Gums Feel Full, No Mouth Discoloration
My glands below my left ear cramps up and gives some feeling of pins and needles. My inner ears itch and the gums on my upper left teeth feels full, altho there s no pain. It has been like that for the past 2 months. There s no swelling, nor any discolouration in my month. I can hear clearly in both my eyes, but occasionally, my left ear feels as if here s a muff over it.

All your symptoms are suggestive of trigeminal neuralgia of a mild form ( fortunately )
I would advise you to take an opinion of a Neurologist and undergo MRI of trigeminal nerve and brain. I hope your Blood pressure is normal.
Start with simple medicines like paracetamol and to add other medicines as per advise of Neurologist.
