Ear Is Red And Bruised After Jumping Off The Couch. No Improvement. What Do You Suggest?

3 year old jumped off the couch today and hit the coffee table, she hit her right side of the head. Her ear has been red and there bruising behind her ear. I spoke to the pediatric office when it happened and they told me to watch for signs of a concussion and behavior changes, she never exhibited those signs but the bruising and the redness hasn't gone away, it's been almost 6 hours

Six hours is just nothing for such injury it will take at least 2 to three days for complete healing even after the healing the little mark of bruise will be there in dark purple color but that won matter, have nice day.
