Hi, Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum.
Kindly don't get scared as all ear pains wont lead to cancer and I am sure it is not related to cell phone usage as well. Do you clean your ear canals regularly? Do you have any throat pain or hard of hearing or pain while swallowing or Dizziness? You should be getting yourself examined by a ENT specialist to rule out the exact cause as you require through evaluation. Until the cause is found treated, the ear pain wont subside. Kindly get yourself examined at the earliest as there are various causes to it. The cause may be a referred pain from somewhere else or the ear could be the primary source. You will require antibiotics and analgesics. Get adequate rest and apply heat pads regularly outside if you have a swelling.
Wish you Good Health, Take Care.
