Early Last Week, I Began Experience Considerable Muscle Pain All

Early last week, I began experience considerable muscle pain all over my body. By Saturday, I was having extreme difficulty getting up from a sitting position and could barely climb the stairs to go to bed Saturday night. My husband actually asked if I wanted to go to the emergency room but I declined. I was somewhat better Sunday but the pain and difficulty walking have been increasing again. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia a few years ago and have done well on Cymbalta. The suddenness with which this pain hit has me baffled. I have been actively walking and biking for quite some time and the pain does not feel like lameness. In fact a few weeks ago I was climbing four flights of stairs at work with little physical difficulty - just a bit winded. I am coming off a second round of sinus and respiratory infection and while I don't see a connection perhaps the answer lies there. I am considering reaching out to my rheumatologist but saw this and thought I would ask if there is anything that comes to mind.
