I was looking to loose weight. Ate only good for you foods like veggies, chicken, fish not too much carbs or fat. ( for about a year ) NOW, i still eat healthy but when i eat a fatty meal once in awhile, within about 3 hours, i am clammy, really weak, nauseous and have a rapid heart beat. First time it happened I was nearly going to call 911. I have never felt like this before. I have NO idea what it is? Any suggestions?
