Echo & Color Doppler Rprt- Concentric LVH Noted,Mitral Valve Shows Mild Prolapse Of AML,RWMA-lateral & Basel Inferior Wall Hypokinetic, grade I Diastolic Dysfunction Noted?
Report of Echo and color Doppler report---------Concentric LVH noted, Mitral valve shows mild prolapse of AML, RWMA - lateral wall and Basel inferior wall hypokinetic, grade I diastolic dysfunction noted........ Pls suggest if any thing related to heart attack
Dear sir/madam, according to echo report you are having hypertension and coronary artery disease ( heart attack ). If you don't have chest pain or equivalent symptoms like easy fatiguability, weakness, hand or neck or jaw or back pain which especially increases if you exert then getting angiogram is better to see are there any blockages in arteries supplying heart musculature. If you don't have any symptom/complaints then getting treadmill test will be better option ( after physician/cardiologist ) opinion only. Better to consult nearby physician/cardiologist. Hope u find this informative.
