hello,
Its all due to harmonal imbalance, if your intrested in ayurvedic formulations then take chandraprabha 1 tab bd before food...,dashmularista 2tsf bd after food.Fallow yogas daily like bhugangasan.
Pediatrician Dr. Suryakanta Baraha's  Response
clinical manifestations of enlarged polycystic ovaries are secondary amenorrhea or oligomenorrhea, and infertility.Laboratory testing often reveals mildly elevated serum androgen levels, an increased ratio of luteinizing hormone to follicle-stimulating hormone (LH/FSH), lipid abnormalities, and insulin resistance.but dont worry Infertility in PCOS is often responsive to drugs like clomiphene citrate and metformin.if you reduce your weight then your ovulatory function will improve and reducing chances of infertility.also take balanced diet.include more fibres in food.these 3 things 1-medication,2- good diet,3-regular exercises (for wt reduction) will solve ur problem. get in regular consultation with a gynecologist. take care
