Hello Sir, My scan for ABDOMINO-PELVIC-ULTRASONOGRAPHY has shown that i have mildly enlarged bilateral ovaries with few randomly arranged follicles - ? polycystic ovaries and sugg :hormonal correlation. I am too much worried about the infertility ...can you please advise on this?
Dear there is not need to worry.this can be effectively treated and once treated you can have positive chance of getting pregnant. Please get in tough with your gynecologist and he will help you.bye and take care.
you have mild Ovarian cyst-diagnosed as Polycystic ovaries. It is Hormonal abnormalities.Check Hormonal level.Clomiphene citrate tablets are used with Gynecoligist consultation. you should reduce weight. check Androgen level,Blood Glucose level,Serum Chloesterol. these are important to treat simaltaneously.
hello,
Its all due to harmonal imbalance, if your intrested in ayurvedic formulations then take chandraprabha 1 tab bd before food...,dashmularista 2tsf bd after food.Fallow yogas daily like bhugangasan.
clinical manifestations of enlarged polycystic ovaries are secondary amenorrhea or oligomenorrhea, and infertility.Laboratory testing often reveals mildly elevated serum androgen levels, an increased ratio of luteinizing hormone to follicle-stimulating hormone (LH/FSH), lipid abnormalities, and insulin resistance.but dont worry Infertility in PCOS is often responsive to drugs like clomiphene citrate and metformin.if you reduce your weight then your ovulatory function will improve and reducing chances of infertility.also take balanced diet.include more fibres in food.these 3 things 1-medication,2- good diet,3-regular exercises (for wt reduction) will solve ur problem. get in regular consultation with a gynecologist. take care
