hi jaspreet..
i congratulate u for ur pregnancy at first .. and as far as ur report is concerned ...that report of mild neutrophilic leukocytosi usually occurs due to any infection in the body like fever common cold or urinary infection ssnd hence nothing to worry for that..and coming to HB percentage ..9.5gms is low in pregnancy and u need to improve it abit more ..and taking tablet twice is good at 8 mths gestation.. and even diet rich in iron like green lesfy vegetables is important for u to take..
u can even take dates, bananas, apples ,jaggery made foods to increase Hb..
even foods rich in vit c like oranges ,lemon and guava help improve ..non veg like liver also contains lot of iron..even almonds cashews and beans and other dry fruits all help in improving ..
so try having these in ur diet and hope u improve soon..

hi,
I have gone through your Question, I think you are anemic , my suggestion for you is to take green leafy vegetables (daily) , dates , Figs(fresh/dry), and drink pomegranate (juice once a day),and eat citrus fruits(i.e, lemon, orange etc.)since they help in absorption of iron , along with your prescribed medicines.

Hope this helps you
