Ejaculate Yellow Semen, Smelly Urine With Pain. Is Alcohol, Smoking The Reasons ?

Hi, I m 29 year old male and I ejaculate yellow semen for like 2 months. Everything started about like 8 months ago, I began to count smelly urine, couple weeks after sex. Then my penis hurt when I took a pee and ejaculated. Is alcohol and smoking the reason of such symptoms, or I got infection? Also, could my sperm be or face low count? Plz help

Hi,
Thanks for query,
We cannot decide the contents of semen by it's necked appearances.
You should go a semen test to confirm presence of pus or it's count.The same thing happens with urine.if you see reddish color or some remarkable appearance change only by smell it is very difficult to arrive any conclusion.
Alcohol & smoking has no direct relation on semen but it disturbs the body process leads to disturbances.
You should relay on urine & semen report & then if abnormal then consult your doctor.
