Hi, i am a man of age 24..i started masterbating from the age of15 till ow..for so many years i used to masterbate daily..but now only i came to found that i eject the sperm very fastly i a minute of less than 2 min..and also i havent got any lubricating or waterly like thing while i have masterbated eventough my friends say that get like that..for me the sperm just comes out each time..i am really tensed with this situation and i do get night dreams often if i dont masterbate for almost5 days..is this any disease or should i consult any doctor for this?
hi. in a large number of well designed studies, masturbation has not been found to have any ill effects on physical health. however, anything in excess is bad, including a potential for 'addiction' and associated 'psychological' harms. consult a qualified psychiatrist. you might be benefited from a brief counselling session and a few relaxation exercises. hope this helps.
