hi , sir some time whenever i am sleeping in day or night suddenly a dirty dream come in my mind and sperm start flowing this cause my brain sence weak
so, sir what can i do for this

Mind it this ejaculation due to dream is a natural thing , so don't worry.
Change your thought and you will be alright.
However in between 7-8 days a healthy male have to ejaculate semen ( viray) if he is not doing sexual intercourse.
This is not a disease.
Normal thing so live normal.
