Elderly Mother With Past UTI's And TIA's Has Been Dry

Elderly mother with past UTI's and TIA's has been dry heaving just after first bite of dinner and sometimes after going to bed. On BP and Afib meds. This is new in past 4 mos. Not a digestive issue. Mostly phlegm and gastric acids. Her latest UTI didn't respond to Cipro and is classified as oral antibiotic resistant. Suggestions?
