Electrical Shock Sensations In Lower Abdomen, Pain In Legs, Pelvic Pain

Hi, I experience sharp electrical shock sensations in my lower abdomen , my feet hurt and legs hurt in the morning so bad I cant walk, I have what feels like a lump next to the ball of my right foot but there is nothing there, my pelvis down my left leg has a constant ache and very painful & has been this way since my surgery.
