Elevated LFT Post Partum, Levels Not Going Down. Negative Results For Hep Panel, H Pylori, Ultrasound. Cause?

My liver enzymes went up 3 weeks postpartum. Ast and alt only. They are not going down. I am now 7 wk postpartum. Pancreatic enzymes wnl. Hep panel neg. hpylori neg. abd ultrasound neg. scheduled for hida scan today. Any thoughts what else this could be? Trend of ast/alt over the past 3 weeks: 71/75, 42/61, 46/73, 61/86

less then three times increase in liver function tests have no clinical significance so i dont think you need to worry it will settle down in a few weeks by itself
