Endometriosis, Removed Ovary, Repaired Tubes. Had Ectopic Pregnancy. Was I Fertile Before That?

I lost a baby at 5 weeks in February, an ectopic pregnancy and I was diagnosed with endo. I have an appointment with the Dr. that did my surgery where he removed most of my left ovary as well as repaired the left tube. The appointment is for a scan of my uterus, good ovary and tube and what's left on the left side, my question is, I was fertile over the weekend and was curious if there would be any possibility of showing pregnancy that early, if I was blessed. The scan is tomorrow, my ovulation date was yesterday.

Dear user, welcome to healthcare magic.
It is too early to show a pregnancy that early.
The most early sign to diagnose pregnancy is a blood test for hcg, which can show positive a couple of days before the expected time of menstruation.
ultrasound diagnosis is later than the pregnancy test. an intrauterine gestational sac appears at 6 weeks by the abdominal probe, and 5 weeks by the vaginal probe.
I advise you to be patient as it may take some time to get pregnant.
There are many missing data to judge your chances of pregnancy: your age, weight, height, day 2 FSH, LH, TSH, prolactin, your ultrasound picture and degree of endometriosis.
If you provide me with this data I may hello you more.
I wish you good luck and getting pregnant soon.
Good luck.
Dr. Ahmed Bahaa.
