What Causes Constant Stomach Ache While Suffering From Endometriosis?
I had a ectopic pregnancy 5 months ago that ruptured and they removed part of my tube on the left side, the discovered I had endometriosis while treating the rupture and removed some of the endometriosis. I now have had pain in the same side almost like a cramp from running, it is a constant pain. Is concern or possible pain from endometriosis?
You are suggested to get clinically examined by a gynae & get Blood & Imaging tests done.
Both fibroid & endometriosis cause abdominal pain with irregular bleeding. If the pathology & medical condition is not severe you will be treated with medications but if the reports show severe pathology you may need surgery.
You can take Antacids, PPI's & Antispasmodics (Spasmol / Spasmoproxyvon) for relieve.
Take food rich in iron, calcium, proteins & minerals. Hope I have answered your query. Take care. Regards, Dr Nupur K
