The doctor did say that I had an enlarged heart. Should I be worried?
Worry doenst help much, infact in Cardiac conditions, worrying only worsens...
Cardiomegaly is mostly due to hypertension. So keep your blood pressure within range, by modifying diet first, ie low salt, low fat, more fibre.
Also moderate exercise is helpful. Your doctor will advice you when to start exercise.
