Enlarged Spleen, Dark Urine. Elevated Enzyme Levels. CT Scan, Liver Biopsy Scheduled. Treatment?

my son who is 22yrs old health, runner, not a drug user. has elevated liver enzymes 432, enlarged spleen dark urine and can not hold down food. he is in the hopital. tonight running a ct scan and possibly tomorrow a liver biopsy . they have run the usual test hep, hiv, mono, etc... what are they looking for or what could this be?

The list of the reason of enlarged spleen is very very long, from many many infections, leukemias, lymphomas, blood disorder causing hemolysis and many many more. So it is very hard too tell about the reason knowing only few symptoms. Dark urine is caused by jaundice what means the disease is affecting liver as well but still to much diseases to tell.
