Enlargement Of One Breast, Tenderness, Swelling, Fatigued. Have Diverticulitis. Is Something Serious?

I am 65 and the last week my left breast has enlarged. Feels like a waterbed. Np redness etc. Slightly tender.no real pain just feels large and heavy. Don't feel any lumps. Last 4 weeks been in basic daily for all body fluid buildup and weight gain. Very fatigued and forgetful. Left colon pain but have diverticulitis. Have any ideas.am concerned. About breast. No history o breast cancer infamily

Hi, You are 65years, last week your left breast enlarged, no pain but heavy. fatigued and forget full. left colon pain due to diverticulitis.
It may be due to allergy with less itching, or a bacterial infection, may lead to an abscess.
I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis. You may need to have mammogram for confirmation.
I usually prescribe anti histamine, and anti biotic for a relief. Thank you.
