Episodes Of Disequilibrium. Brain MRI Showed Mucus Retention, Cyst In Posterior. Verapamil Not Effective. Remedy?

Two years ago I started having episodes of disequilibrium that is continuous for about 2 1/2 months. I was told that it was caused by migraines but the trigger is unknown. My brain MRI showed mucus retention cyst in the posterior right ethmoid air cells two years ago. I m currently undergoing another episode and still can t pin point the trigger. It seems unusual for this to last this length of time. I ve been taking Verapamil which doesn t help me now with the pain and disequilibrium. I do not have ringing in the ears and have not been diagnosed with BPPV.

Hi, you are feeling giddy, since two and half months. the cause could be the same cyst that you had in the ethmoid air cells, 2 years back.
I advise you to consult a neurologist for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have a C.T.scan again for diagnosis.Thank you.
