hi i just got the result of my urinalysis and it said.. color; yellow appearance ; slightly turbid reaction; 6.0 specific gravity; 1.020 pus cells ; 10-15/hpf rcb; 0-1/hpf mucus threads; rare epithelial cells ; plenty albumin; negative sugar; negative bacteria; +1 amorphous urates; few what those my urinalysis means??hope i can got reply..thank you so much
Hi thanks for the query. Any lab result can be interpreted accurately only by correlating it with patient's signs and symptoms. Did you have any urinary symptoms when the test was performed? The results are suggestive of urinary tract infection. This can be confirmed by doing a urine culture. You need to see a physician with the results and he/she can then prescribe appropriate antibiotics. Hope this helps Good luck
