Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Ever since I had the upper part of my left lung removed due to lun cancer in 2007 a large hard mass the size of the inside of my hand falls from beneath the left rib cage. I have been from Dr. To Dr., had test after test for seven years and have not been helped with the painful condition. It falls when I am in certain awkward positions like getting in bed with my feet elevated to high or lying flat on the floor lefting my legs or crouching over forwards. It is so painful. The only way it will go back under the left rib cage is for me to lie flat on my back with my arms above my head. I can actually hear it spring back in place. Tests like a Mri or Ct Scan do not show it because it's tucked away under the rib cage. Please give me your opinion. I have another appt. with a new Dr. this afternoon and already feel discouraged. Thank you.
