i have a problem in the early morning.. when i wake up from bed and spit , i saw blood gum in the sputum please let me know what is the problem

Hi.. Probably gingivitis.. Use soft bristle tooth brush... Citrus fruits and vitamin supplement can help you.. Avoid spicy food.. If you are on aspirin or other anticoagulant, they have to be stopped.. see a doctor if the symptoms persists...
