Every Time I Extend My Rt Knee It Makes This

Every time I extend my Rt knee it makes this awful crackaling/grinding sound. I see pain management and get injections in my back. My Rt of my body is always much more painful than my left. Also I have Psoariatic and facet arthritis. I've had Lymes twice acutely and along with that have been diagnosed with Fibromayalgia and chronic fatigue over the years. I used to work out often. I haven't in a few years because it has become too painful. The last time I was in a routine I was really trying to be a runner. I stopped taking narcotics because my tolerance grew too high and they were only making me nauseous and giving me headaches. I now take SUBOXONE for pain along with n-saids & muscle relaxers. Should I try working out again? Will that help? Should I work through the pain? The pain travels all the way to the bottom of my foot where there's a hard lump in my arch. Should I have my knee looked at through tests again? I'm tired of livin in pain. I've been trying to stretch again as well. Is this something I will have to battle for ever with counter active remedies? I am very frustrated because I've never really injured myself. I've only broken that ankle and sprained it. It healed okay I thought and that was around ten years ago. What to do?
