Hello,
Having more hair ( hirsutism ) with excess weight can be a sign of PCOS.
It is found that in 20% of females suffering from PCOS have normal menstrual cycle.
You should consult a Gynecologist for proper investigations and evaluation of your clinical condition.
Loosing weight is the most important treatment for PCOS but it doesn't have any role in reversal of excess hair growth. However there are various treatments available which can take care of extra hair.
At the moment, most important point is to rule out PCOS.
Thanks
