during intra uterine period baby usually sleep during day time due to rocking movement of amniotic fluid . and during night they are awake usually in intra uterine period.
after birth has no such uterine environment . this change of night time awakening to night time sleep take at least two to three month . in some it may take 5 to 6 month . in your baby this seem to be normal .
but before saying normal
we must check for some physiological and some pathological condition
like ,wet diaper, mosquito bites , hungrey baby. nasal blockage etc

it is physiological that babies get evening colic and they cry for hour or two..There is no need to worry if he is gaining adequate weight.see to it that baby is properly burped after each feed.as the baby becomes 5 or 6 months old he will outgrow this..also look for wet diaper.diaper rash and insect bites

Yes even my doctor says the same. My baby is 9 months old now. Initially we faced the same problem. In fact my hubby and me took turns to make my child sleep as we both work in the day. Finally the agony ended in a month. I think this happens to most of the new babies because of poor ventilation, feeding. Any comments. newborn are usually crying during night time it may be due to infantile colic & other reason behind this is when baby is in uterus of mother, baby is sleeping during day times because mother is moving at dAY time & when mother go to bed in night baby wake-up cause baby has no movement.
this is also explained by that movement of baby is felt in night by mother. it means baby are awake in night when they are in uterus of mother. this habit remains persist for 1-2 months after birth of baby.

it is normal till the age of 2-3 months. your baby will sleep during day and is more awake during the night. but if the cry is all though out the day physician has to look for intestinal infection, especially if ur baby is top fed. if exclussively breast fed than just wait the agony will pass away. that habit can be altered partly by massaging with slight warm oil , giving a warm water bath and than feeding.

it can be due stomach pain, baby cant speak na. give woodwords or colic aid drops this will help to reduce the stomach pain. feed the baby well even if it does not take.

Increased crying may be because he is hungry, give him feed every 2 hours and also main thing he might cry due to gas in his tummt. Burp the baby properly after each feed. You can give Bonnisan 1/2 tsp 3 times a day every day to help in digestion.
