Excessive Drinking , Weight Gain And Depression , What Are The Possible Treatments ?
I have just returned from Overseas and found myself drinking more alcohol than usual, since returning I have a huge gut and put on quite alot of weight in a matter of weeks. This has lead to depression and its a cycle I cant seem to break. I have also got rashes on my hands which wont go away. Not sure if I have signs of a bad liver or what I should do I need advice for a liver cleanse do you have recommendations

Is harmful to be an alcoholic .It does effect liver badly And produce withdrawal depression. MY advice will be go to
de addiction and rehabilitation centre and get rid of the problem .There in addition to rehabilitation your liver and other physical parameters will also be checked and due care will be taken
