Excruciating Pains In Lower Stomach, Backache, Cramps During Periods. Solution ?

Hi,
I am now on the third day of my period and i have been getting excruciating pains in my lower stomach. My back has been aching too and i have had a constant headache and faint feeling. The cramps come and go and really hurt my belly. How can i help my belly? I have tired heat, weight, exercise, lying in different positions, propping myself up with pillows, rubbing my belly. My belly is oh so tender, and it has a dull ache. I keep rubbing it in circles but that doesn't help. Please tell me how to rub my belly so i don't cause more pain and how should i sit? Thankyou

OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
You should consult a gynaecologist for your problem this condition is called dysmenorrhea. She may give some medication to relieve your pain.
After this over you go for proper check-up to rule out any cause for this problem.
Take plenty of fluids, green leafy vegetables, and non-spicy food.
Good luck.
Take care.
