Hi welcome to H.C.M.Forum. expenses differs from place to place, hospital to hospital, and doctor to doctor. the surgery is to be done by orthopedic surgeon and dentist, and plastic surgeon. when you plan for it , consult either of them. they will be in a position to explain you about procedure and expences ect.best of luck . thank you.
