Ophthalmologist 's  Response
How old are you? Do you have hypertension, diabetes or any vascular disease? Numbness along with altered vision shouldn't be ignored. There is something beyond just your eyes going on. Please see your physician.

Radiologist Dr. Rajesh Pahwa's  Response
hi
thanks for choosing HCM
this doesnot appear to be related to your eye per se
there is an entity termed as transient ischaemic attack in which there is a very temporary disruption of blood flow to a small area of brain it last for a very short time .it is not dangerous in itself but it could be an alarm of an underlying uncontrolled high blood pressure or some neurological pathology

i would definitely recommend a neurologist opinion
good luck
