Experiencing A Sharp Pain And Pressure At The Back Of My Throat During Deep Breath

Hi. Just yesterday, i notice a sharp pain and pressure in the back of my throat and right under my jaw bone every time I breathe deeply. Recently, I ve noticed the pain every time I get out of bed or sit up too quickly. Sometimes, it even will randomly throb right under my jaw. About a week ago, everyday for three days, I had a very painful headache, always in the same spot on the top right side of my head. Then, yesterday, I felt sick to my stomach and my ears were going in and out and I began to feel dizzy. Please help me, I m really worried.

Hi.
Thanks for your query and elucidate history.
Noted your history of sharp pain and pressure in the back of the throat, right under the jaw bone, every time you breath deeply.
There is random throbbing under the jaw and there is a pointed pain on top right side of the head.
All these history is indicative of collection of a pus , abscess or a cyst with infection.
I would advise you the following:
First of all, get an ENT Endoscopy so that any internal swelling can be detected and correlated with other tests.
Test of blood, urine and so.
Mist important MRI of the brain and neck including nasopharynx so that the exact nature of the disease can be confirmed and treated accordingly.
Continue the treatment till cured.
