I have gone through your query.Cervical spondylosis can be suspected in your case as your history gives an impression of cervical radiculopathy. An X ray of cervical spine and MRI if needed will rule out that.If it is that then physiotherapy with physical exercises and short term analgesics will clear your problem.Hope this may help you.
