Experiencing Cold ,cough And Green Snot Out Of Nose With Blood, What Is The Problem ?
hi I have had a cold for a week now think my sinusus are inflamed they really hurt my throat is sore and I'm coughing. started blowing green snot out of my nose this sometimes has blood in it. coughing up too this morning it looked like a brown worm my lungs feel like tickling and my head aches is this more than just a cold. thanks sharon

A so sorry to hear about these disturbing symptoms. From the information you have provided, this is most likely a cod with severe symptoms. Treatment generally entails taking medications to relief yourself of the symptoms. some include antihistamines(nasal congestion), Tylenol(fever and headache), etc. This is often effective. Blood in the nasal secretion supports the severity of these cold. In rare circumstances, antibiotics may be needed if a bacteria super infection is suspected.
For now, I will suggest that you take Tylenol and Benadryl for relief. If symptoms persist, the you may want to get consulted.
