Experiencing Cramps And Spotting Between Period. What Could Be Causing This?
For the past year I have been experiencing cramps and heavy to light spotting every month between my period. What could be causing this? My OBGYN states that it is normal. We are trying to have a baby and I feel like this is affecting it. Dr. states that the only thing that can be done is to go on birth control pills. I haven't had any tests done other than yearly exam and HSG which was normal.
What is your advice?
Thanks,
Hi, If you are trying to have a baby, its a good news. This happens when you ovulate. Do not panic. Can take some simple pain killers if it pain too much. Birth control pill will take away this, at the same time your chance to conceive. Though not a definite treatment try taking Vitamin D3 60000 units once or twice a month.
