Neurologist 's  Response
Hello!

My name is Dr. Aida and I am glad to attend you on Healthcaremagic!

Your symptoms are quite normal after a head concussion. I would recommend having some rest and avoid physical activity for at least 2 weeks.
If the headache is triggered by standing up or sitting position, I recommend consulting with a neurologist for a physical exam and a brain MRI study to exclude possible intracranial hypotension.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Best regards!
