Experiencing Intermittent Pain On The Left Ovary

I am 55 y/o postmenepausal and had fibroid surgery 14 years ago , no children no HRT . I have had intermittent pain in left ovary very specific spot like a deep strong ache and down my left thigh/ groin for one year that has now increased to every day for the past two months , the pain scale is 4 to 5 , no other symptoms .
