Experiencing Light Spotting,stomach Pains, & Vaginal Cramps

i did a home pregnancy test using one step pregnancy strip,there was a purple color on the test line and nothing on the control line.Before this i had a period which was red and lasted for seven days.My period lasts normally for four days.on the sixth and seventh day i spotted.i have been feeling nauseous,bloated,sore breast,stomach pains and vaginal cramps.it was when the blood dried up i did the test.could i be pregnant.
