Experiencing Nasal Congestion, Sneezing And Fever
My 8 year old woke up with an upset tummy yesterday with nasal congestion and sneezing. She is not keeping food down. Could she have a cold and the drainage is making her nauseous or are these 2 different viruses? She has no fever but has been sleeping off and on all day.

Hai... What you quote see to be a boral illness... Same or different viruses doesn't matter until her symptoms are mild.
