My boyfriend (out of anger) grabbed me by my arm and squeezed the crap out of it. I now have a huge lump that's noticeable even if you just look at my arm. It's painful when I move my arm and also when I touch.it's starting to look a little people but why is the lump so noticeable and swelled up?

Hi there
This seems to be a case of either blood collection at the swollen area or a muscle rupture.
In the former case you need to get the blood aspirated followed by compression bandaging and antibiotics.
In the second case, which will be diagnosed with an MRI, surgical muscle repair is the only option.
