Experiencing Pain In Ears While Chewing After Cleaning With A Bud

Hi I was cleaning my ear with a cotton bud but now my ear really hurts, it hurts my ear when I chew my food and my ear feels like it's blocked because my hearing in that ear is muffled, I've tried olive oil, I've tried pain killers but it's killing me, what can I do?

Inflammation around the eustachian is causing pain.treatment antihistamine decongestantantibiotics these measures will reduce inflammation
