Experiencing Pain In Funny Bone. Suggest Treatment
Just this evening I started to have a radiating pain, generating from near my funny bone. The pain last for 5-10 seconds and comes back every 45-60 seconds. When the pain comes, I loose the ability to grip. I am trying to sleep and the arm pain keeps me awake.
I had gone through your query. As per symptoms mentioned it can be due to pressure by normal structures or swollen structures after injury or stress.
When ulnarnerve entrapment (at funny bone )occurs you will feel numbness and tingling of the little and ring finger of the hand may be felt. Pain may occur in the entire forearm, usually the inner side. Treatment includes avoiding repeated trauma or pressure, ice, diclofinac gel and resting your elbow joint, that reduce inflammation and pain.
If you are not sure and if pain is not reducing consult an orthopaedic doctor for direct examination and pain killers.
Hope this information is useful.
In doubt do reply.
