hello,
i really appreciate your concern, but you should not take any medicines further to remove back pain from now onwards, instead you can apply analgesic spray or gel over your back. you can also apply hot water bag over the paining area and believe me it will help you alot to get rid off your back pain.
You should not sleep immediately after having your food and always sleep in left lateral position, which will not cause breathing problems.
Hope this will help and feel free to ask anything to me directly.
