Experiencing Sharp Pains In The Right Lung Due To Asthmatic Chronic Brochitis

HI I am having sharp pains in my right lung. I am asthmatic, chronic bronchitis..so COPD..42 female. acid reflux haven't taken asthma or AR meds today....this has been happening in both lungs recently. I can pinpoint it and I am concerned as I dont have health insurance right now

I can understand your concern.
You are having COPD, acid reflux and not taking any treatment, so possibility of chest pain due to worsening acid reflux or lung infection is more.
Lung infection is very common in COPD patients due to poor lung defense.
So better to consult pulmonologist and get done clinical examination of respiratory system, chest x ray to rule out lung infection.
If your chest x ray is normal than no need to worry for lung infection.
You should start treatment for COPD and acid reflux.
Inhaled bronchodilators and inhaled corticosteroid are the treatment of choice for COPD.
Proton pump inhibitors and prokinetic drugs are needed for acid reflux.
Don't worry, start treatment and you will improve.
