Hello
Thanks for your query.
Probably you are suffering from chronic obstructive airway disease which is causing problem to you. You should go for a spirometry with bronchodialator reversibility testing to confirm the diagnosis and need to continue the inhalers prescribed by your doctor. The most important thing which you must have to do is to stop smoking. Otherwise disease will not be controlled.
Thank you
Regards
