Hi, cyclopam is a pill containing Dicyclomine hydrochloride, and paracetamol. Some people will have the gastric stasis, and probably will have costipation and nausea. But for pain abdomen it is the drug of choice. I advise you to consult a gastroenterologist for diagnosis and treatment.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe domperidone 10 B.D. for 5 days, they mobilise the stomach and intestines, and clear the problem.
Thank you.
