Experiencing Tension Type Headache With Pressure And Noise Coming From Head. Can Low Dose Of Aspirin Help?

i am 32 yr male..i had once syncope or faint before 3 yr...since then i m experiencing tension type of headache..i always feel pressure around my head..also from last one year i hear continuous noise in my head..that is not tinnitus..but noise coming from inside..i did all the recommended tests..that includes ECG,MRI of brain, tinnitus... but all findings are normal....plzz advise me further..can i take low dose aspirin therapy..?

I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
Low dose aspirin therapy may not help in this case. Infact amitriptyline is a good drug for such an illness. Its possible that it is a somatoform disorder and will improve with antidepressants.
