Experiencing Twitching In My Lung And Hurting In Chest

My left lung has been twitching and my chest has been hurting really bad like i can feel it twitching and its pretty scary... I ve been sneezing alot to. i don t know if that has anything to do with it. I m a 18 year old female. Non smoker non drinker.

There is nothing like twitching in the lung. Its may be due to excessive sneezing. But for surety of having no disease I thibk you should undergo atleast x ray chest and ECG. Chest x ray is for lung problem and ecg is for heart problems. And take good antihistaminic like levocetrizine and fexofenadine for sneezing.
